Sega of America, Los Angeles, announced new details about its $100 million launch of the Dreamcast videogame machine debuting Sept. 9. Dreamcast with tie in with Pepsi and sponsor the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards. Foote, Cone & Belding, San Francisco, is creating print and TV ads that break in July.
