Drug chain settles ad suit

Neighborcare Pharmacies, Baltimore, said it settled out of court a lawsuit brought by New Line Cinema, Los Angeles, against Neighborcare and its agency, Trahan, Burden & Charles, Baltimore, for using an "Austin Powers"-like character in a TV commercial. Terms weren't disclosed; New Line wanted Neighborcare to pull the commercial and pay damages.
