DRUG OFFICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DELAYED

(Sept. 7, 2001) -- The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, which first hoped to have a proposed solicitation for a new ad agency ready by this week, now says it will likely be next week or the week after before the request for proposals is published.
