The Internet E-Mail Marketing Council last week disclosed the new offer in Federal Trade Commission hearings.
Included among the five is Cyber Promotions, whose e-mailing of unsolicited mail to America Online users prompted AOL to shut off its access to the service and file a subsequent lawsuit, won by AOL.
Others are CyberTize EMail, Integrated Media Promotions Corp., Internet Savings Group and Quantum Communications.
