E-Trade breaks TV ads

Online investing site E-Trade this week breaks new TV, radio, print and online ads as the second phase of its national marketing campaign tagged ``The No. 1 rated place to invest online.'' The TV, radio and print spots were created by Gotham, New York, while online was handled by Modem Media-Poppe Tyson, San Francisco.
