Eagle River exits agency business; Sprint is staying put

Eagle River Interactive announced on Wednesday that it was in negotiations with Omnicom Group to sell its interactive agency division. Eagle River said that the move shouldn't affect business because the agency will be sold as one unit, and it doesn't expect a staffing turnover. Last week Sprint Corp. consolidated its $20 million interactive account with Eagle River. A Sprint spokesman said its business would remain with the agency.
