The folks at TiVo may be embattled, but they remain defiant. The speculation that the pioneer of DVRs is losing favored-nation status with the folks at DirecTV and may soon be jettisoned is rising to a fevered pitch. In the face of all this, TiVo President Marty Yudkovitz insists the Rupert Murdoch-controlled satellite operator will remain powered by TiVo.
