EFit, an online health and fitness network to be launched in November, formed a co-marketing and content distribution relationship with Bally Total Fitness. Under the deal, eFit will provide Bally Total Fitness with health and fitness content in the form of articles, fitness tips and downloadable video exercise demonstrations. Content will be produced daily by eFit's in-house team of health and fitness editors and will appear on the Bally Total Fitness Web site as well as be incorporated into other Bally Total Fitness marketing campaigns. In return, eFit will receive offline and online branding and promotion, including name and logo presence on Bally's national TV advertising. Bally Total Fitness
will further promote eFit in its fitness centers and via its Web site.
