ElectionLine, a Web site debuting January 1996 from ABC News, Newsweek, and the Washington Post's Digital Ink, has retained ABC New Media Sales as sales agent for national advertising on the site and also for ABC Online on AOL. Neither site has launched advertising yet. The sites should have rate cards within the next few weeks, according to Ron Stitt, director - marketing and promotion sales, though rates will fluctuate depending on custom projects.
