In her new post as director of relationship marketing at Beyond DDB in Chicago, Patti Wilk plans to leverage her 15 years of integrated marketing experience to help clients build long-lasting customer relationships. Her immediate goal is to move clients in more customer-centric directions by phasing in new strategies: "My primary role is to meet with these clients, make sure that they do have the right mix of media, that they are talking to their customers one on one, and that they are reacting to customer behavior instead of assuming what those customers want."
