Emusic.com to add three downloadable music sites

Emusic.com, an Internet seller of downloadable music, is acquiring privately held Tunes.com, the operator of RollingStone.com and DownBeatJazz.com, as part of its expansion as a music destination. The stock-for-stock transaction is valued at about $130 million, based on the closing price of EMusic.com stock on Nov. 26. Completion of the acquisition is expected early next year.
