ATLANTA-Two veterans have combined talents to create a new agency.

Rick Ender, 39, former senior VP-deputy creative director on the Coca-Cola Co. account at McCann-Erickson Worldwide, New York, and Lisa Smith, 33, former VP-management supervisor on the Delta Air Lines account at BDDO Worldwide, Atlanta, have opened Ender-Smith Advertising.

"Our vision ... is to have about 10 clients with each having an office where their team works. The clients can come in any time and take an active role in all parts of the process," Mr. Ender said. "We will offer the marketing and resources of a large agency with the creativity of a small boutique."

Mr. Ender, creative director and managing partner at the new shop, began his 19-year, award-winning career working on the Pepsi-Cola Co. account at BBDO, New York. He also worked at Boston shops Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos and Cabot Advertising, before Fahlgren Martin (now Fahlgren) brought him in as senior VP-creative director in Atlanta. It was there he worked with Ms. Smith, who was VP-management supervisor.

Ms. Smith, strategic director and managing partner, started as a TV news producer in Cincinnati and worked for Freedman Advertising.

The new agency is at 2900 Pharr Court South, 30305. Phone: (404) 814-0300.M
