'Enquirer's' Calder to leave

Longtime National Enquirer executive Iain Calder said he will leave parent American Media, Lantana, Fla., at the end of March, citing disagreements with the company. American Media said Mr. Calder, 58, will serve as a consultant for two additional years. Mr. Calder served as president and editor in chief of the Enquirer from 1975 to 1995. Currently, he is editor emeritus and exec VP-director of American Media, which also publishes The Star.
