Epb.communications, New York, will acquire Warwick Baker O'Neill. Warwick will continue to operate autonomously under its own name and current management. The agency has about $155 million in billings, and the acquisition will increase Epb.communications' total billings to $1.38 billion. Warwick clients include Bestfoods, Church & Dwight, Fruit of the Loom, Lexmark International, Panasonic, Parade magazine, Reckitt Benckiser and U.S. Tobacco. Epb.communications' other units include Earle Palmer Brown.
