EPB to handle Fashion Bug stores

Charming Shoppes, Philadelphia, named Earle Palmer Brown, Philadelphia, agency for its Fashion Bug stores. Billings were not disclosed, but Charming Shoppes spent $7 million last year on advertising, according to Competitive Media Reporting. BBDO South, Atlanta; W.B. Doner & Co., Baltimore; Farago & Partners and DeVito/Verdi, both New York, participated in the review. Creative was previously done in-house. The first TV campaign from EPB is expected to break in March.
