EPod Corp. strikes distribution deal with DoubleClick

The ePod Corp., which markets an online marketing and merchandising vehicle that creates a site-within-a-site, agreed to have DoubleClick offer its ePod advertising/sponsorship showcase software through its network. In addition, DoubleClick's internal creative services group is using the ePod builder tool to create advertising showcases. The ePod showcase is a transactional advertising unit that contains an advertiser's branded message and targeted products. The technology lets customers browse, shop, sign-up for newsletters, view rich media, and more without leaving the publisher's page.
