Erno Laszlo sold by Arden

A group of investors led by Nikos Mouyiaris, president-CEO of Mana Products, New York, a contract manufacturer, has acquired assets of Erno Laszlo from Elizabeth Arden Co., a unit of Unilever U.S. Terms were not disclosed. Other members of the group include Paul Masturzo, a former Elizabeth Arden executive, who becomes president of Erno Laszlo LLC, and Richard Recker, who becomes senior VP. There was no previous ad agency and so far none has been named.
