ESPN expands local NFL avails

ESPN will give local cable TV operators 46 more 30-second units to sell over the course of its 18-game regular season NFL package. In total, it will increase the number of local availabilities from 459 to 505. Also, with the addition of "NFL 2Night" on ESPN2 and the expansion of other NFL-themed shows on ESPN and ESPN2, it said local advertisers will get 26% more local ad time on NFL support programming.
