Buena Vista Internet Group named Steve Zales senior VP-general manager, ESPN Internet Ventures, New York, succeeding President Tom Philips, who left. Mr. Zales was VP-general manager of Time Warner's CNN/SI Interactive, which launched CNNSI.com in 1997.
