ESPN's Clendenin gets VP title

Promotion Tom Clendenin was named a VP at the cable sports network. As first manager and then director of advertising and promotion at ESPN, he is associated with a series of critcally acclaimed campaigns at ESPN, including "Dogs Playing Poker" for "Sunday Night Football" and "The Knowledge" for ESPN2.

Mr. Clendenin joined ESPN in 1995 from Partners & Shevack, New York, where he was an account superviser. He reports to ESPN Senior VP-Marketing Lee Ann Daly.
