Esquire, not E-square

The Calcutta High Court banned the sale of Bombay-based publisher Dalal Street Communications' magazine E-square in response to a petition by U.S. publisher Hearst Corp., which alleged infringement of its title Esquire. E-square circulated primarily to Citibank's 300,000 Indian cardholders, with some copies sold at newsstands.
