Leonard A. Lauder moved up from president to chairman of Estee Lauder Cos., New York, while remaining CEO. He succeeds Estee Lauder, who assumes the title of founding chairman. Fred H. Langhammer moves up to the presidency from exec VP while remaining chief operating officer. The company also said it would offer its common stock for sale on the New York Stock Exchange for an aggregate price of $335 million.
