Etown.com launches multiplatform advertising test

The Home Electronics Guide, a Web site that provides consumers with information about researching and purchasing electronics, will run an advertising test beginning today until mid-June in nine cities nationwide. The test will include outdoor boards and online, print, radio and banner ads for each radio station's Web site, but with only one medium running in each market. New York agency RDA Interactive, a division of RDA International, developed the test campaign. The site is running the test to determine which medium it should use to advertise the July launch of its version 2.0.
