She will continue to be based in New York, where her brief will be to manage the development, coordination and implementation of the network's worldwide marketing and business development program. She will work closely with Euro RSCG's communications, business development and network development groups in North America, Europe, Asia-pacific and Latin America.
Bob Schmetterer, Euro RSCG's chairman and chief executive, says the new position will be "key to the evolution of the Euro RSCG brand as we enter the new century." One of the network's points of difference is "our deep belief in a diverse and multicultural management and point-of-view about advertising and marketing," he says. Ms. Stover's international background means she "understands and shares these values," he adds.
