Paris -- Havas Advertising-owned Euro RSCG has unveiled a new division offering combined corporate advertising and financial communications services to the agency's blue-chip clients. The new division, baptized Euro RSCG C&O, will unite corporate communications, crisis management and public relations services offered by Euro RSCG Corporate with financial communications provided by Euro RSCG Omnium et Associes. Euro RSCG C&O will propose a one-stop package integrating financial communications -- publication of results, consolidated accounts or profit warnings -- into its clients' wider corporate and brand communications strategies. With 280 employees generating consolidated gross income of more than $40 million, Euro RSCG C&O will be the leading French agency in the corporate and financial communications sector. The plan is, however, to extend the offer to global communications, in coordination with Euro RSCG-owned shops across Europe, North America and elsewhere. Aside from the combined corporate/financial offer, the two agencies will each continue offering individualized services to clients, Euro RSCG says. The new division will be managed by a board of directors from the two agencies. Euro RSCG Corporate President Stephane Fouks will head the unified Euro RSCG C&O, and will also assume the presidency of Euro RSCG Omnium et Associes, following former President Jean-Francois Carminati's recent resignation.
