Euro RSCG picks up Dell direct

SINGAPORE -- Euro RSCG Worldwide has picked up the Dell Computer direct advertising account in AsiaPacific. The business, previously with Foote, Cone & Belding, covers interactive advertising and relationship marketing.

Pierre Lecosse, Euro RSCG's chairman and CEO Europe, and chairman of the Asia-Pacific/India-Middle East board, says the undisclosed budget is "substantial and growing quickly." The assignment was awarded without a pitch, largely on the basis of interactive work the agency has handled for computer chip manufacturer Intel. The lead Euro RSCG office will be Singapore.
