Fleer/SkyBox International, Mount Laurel, N.J., assigned the sports marketing and public relations account for its sports and entertainment trading cards to National Media Group, New York. Top Dog Marketing, Chapel Hill, N.C., won the promotion and PR account for entertainment and gaming products, and advertising will be split between James Bunting Advertising, Lancaster, Pa., and Rockett, Burkhead, Lewis & Winslow, Raleigh, N.C. All have previously worked on projects for Fleer/SkyBox. Also, the Ryan Partnership, Westport, Conn., was awarded a major promotional project.

Bloomingdale's next month launches a "Go Spring Shopping" tie-in with Glamour, offering a free Glamour wristwatch in exchange for buying at least $150 in designated brands at Bloomingdale's between Feb. 15 and March 15. Brands include Clinique, DKNY, Easy Spirit, Tommy Hilfiger and Liz Claiborne.
