Vibe landed new sponsors for its third annual Vibe Music Seminar. The event, slated for Aug. 20 to 23 in New York, will feature music clinics and panel discussions with industry leaders including Quincy Jones. Sponsors include Nissan, Miller Lite, Coca-Cola Co.'s Sprite, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Bausch & Lomb's Ray-Ban, Starter and A.P. Products' African Pride.

Nascar inked a licensing deal with Upper Deck Co. that allows the trading card marketer to use the Nascar logo on Upper Deck Motorsports and MAXX branded products featuring Nascar drivers.
