Exec changes at LPK

Jerry Kathman was named president of brand identity and package design shop Libby Perszyk Kathman, Cincinnati, from VP-director of client services. Mort Libby moves to chairman-CEO from president-CEO at LPK; Nancy Gooch, manager of client services, succeeds Mr. Kathman as VP-director of client services. In other moves at LPK, Howard McIlvain to exec VP from creative director for design; Liz Grubow, John Metz, Jim Gable and Ben Bauer become co-director of the design department. LPK says it is the largest independent firm in its field, second only to Young & Rubicam-owned Landor Associates, San Francisco.
