Three execs depart TN Technologies

Published on .

The top executive and two key staffers with TN Technologies' Northern Lights Interactive unit in Chicago are leaving the agency to form their own interactive company. Managing Director Mike DeNunzio, 29; Director of Strategic Services Pete Monkewicz, 34; and Pierre St.-Jacques, creative director, are the first major departures from TN Technologies since its merger with Modem Media became final late last year. Mr. DeNunzio will be replaced by Charlie Skuba, 47, formerly a consultant with Modem Media, Westport, Conn. Their departure was not related to the merger, Mr. DeNunzio said.

The company, which is as yet unnamed, hopes to provide client with strategic business planning through digital solutions, Mr. DeNunzio said. "1997 is about looking at the whole picture. Sometimes it might be the Web, America Online or CD-ROMs," he said. The company opens its doors with no clients.
