Executive Help Services to acquire AdZone Interactive

Executive Help Services, Scottsdale, Ariz., a provider of professional space-planning services, is acquiring AdZone Interactive, New York, an Internet advertising research company, in a stock transaction that includes the issuance of 9 million shares of common stock and 9,000 preferred shares of Executive Help Services. EHSV intends to change its name to AdZone Research. Charles Cardona, CEO, and John Cardona, president, will continue in their current positions within the merged compay. One million shares of EHSV will be cancelled and $250,000 in funding will be provided to the merged company. Additional funds will be provided by EHSV to fund the AdZone operations.
