Experian, Orange, Calif., an information marketing company, is partnering with FloNetwork, Greenwich, Conn., to offer e-mail marketing programs to its direct marketing clients. Experian said it sees the addition of permission e-mail to its direct marketing tools as a means of helping clients target their markets and customers more efficiently. The company has handled direct marketing efforts for clients including Walt Disney Co., Nordstrom and Victoria's Secret. FloNetwork also announced it will provide permission e-mail marketing services for Compaq Computer Corp. The company will e-mail information on Compaq's product enhancements and special offers to U.S. consumer users.
