Coty U.S. will make its mark on consumers with scented tattoos for the launch of Jovan Individuality, an extension of its Jovan fragrance. A double-sided insert will break in March issues of publications including Cosmopolitan, Mademoiselle, and Teen People. The ads were created in-house by Coty's Ideas & Image department.
