Euro RSCG completed its 70% purchase of what is now Euro RSCG Dahlin Smith White for slightly more than $15 million.

Richard Crisman, VP-public relations for corporate matters, the Gap, and director of marketing, Old Navy Clothing Co., both San Francisco, adds advertising duties for the Gap. He adds duties formerly held by Maggie Gross, who left (AA, May 6).
