Spencer Plavoukos, 60, worldwide president and chief operating officer of Ammirati Puris Lintas, is retiring. He will function as adviser to Chairman Martin Puris until his departure at the end of June 1997.

Daewoo Motors said it mutually agreed to part with Paine & Associates, a Costa Mesa, Calif., public relations firm recently brought on to help with its spring '98 U.S. launch. The South Korean automaker said it's still on course to begin an ad agency review in January.

Richard W. Olsen, 44, to CEO, Saatchi & Saatchi Canada, Toronto, from exec VP-general manager of Cliff Freeman & Partners, New York. He replaces Patrick Pitcher, who was recently promoted to CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Asia, Singapore.

Kellogg will retain J. Walter Thompson USA, New York, for its newly acquired Lender's Bagels business, bought from Kraft. Billings in 1995 for Lender's were $12 million to $15 million.
