Andreas Gembler, 55, is retiring for personal reasons as president-CEO, Philip Morris International. He will be succeeded by Paul Hendrys, 51, now president, Philip Morris European Union.

Rob DeFlorio to director of advertising, Nike USA, Beaverton, Ore., from director of advertising for Nike Europe, Hilversum, Netherlands, effective Jan. 4. Mr. DeFlorio succeeds Chris Zimmerman, named to the new post of director of global marketing for Nike Golf Co.

Regus Business Centers to DiMassimo Brand Advertising, New York, for the U.K.-based company's entry into the U.S. Regus, which offers prearranged office spaces, plans to open 30 locations here next year. Billings for the first year will start at $5 million, growing to $20 million by the third year.

Barton Beers to Hoffman York, Milwaukee, to handle four imported beers--St. Pauli Girl, Tsingtao, Peroni and newly acquired Tetley's English Ale. Graziano, Krafft & Zale, Chicago, previously handled St. Pauli Girl; the others were unassigned.

Hoosier Lottery to Bates USA Midwest, Indianapolis, to handle its $8 million account after a review that included more than 15 agencies. The incumbent is MZD Advertising, Indianapolis.
