Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is moving its $50 million network, syndication and cable TV media account in-house; spot media will be handled by J. Walter Thompson USA, Los Angeles. Focus Media, Santa Monica, Calif., is the previous agency.

Amazon.com is expected to break its first TV campaign in about year the week of March 15, shifting focus from testimonials to an emphasis on its extensive merchandise selection. Foote, Cone & Belding, San Francisco, is the agency.

Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. is preparing for a May rollout of its "ice" gum called Eclipse, which has been testing since last year. BBDO, Chicago, will handle the launch.

OnHealth Network, an Internet health information service, awarded its $25 million marketing account to TBWA/Chiat/Day, San Francisco, for advertising and Thinking Media, New York, for interactive. The account had been handled in-house.

Blue Shield of California awarded its $8 million consolidated direct and interactive account to Foote, Cone & Belding, San Francisco. Ogilvy One, Los Angeles, was the other finalist. Previous agencies are Phelps Group, Santa Monica, Calif., and Cohn & Wells, San Francisco.

General Motors Corp.'s OnStar Division is expected to announce soon whether Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York, will retain its $10 million account.
