Bombardier Inc.'s Ski-Doo is down to three contenders in its review for its estimated $15 million account: Groupaction, Montreal, with affiliate J. Walter Thompson Co., Detroit; Cramer-Krasselt, Milwaukee; and Ryan & Deslauriers, Montreal. Ogilvy & Mather, Dearborn, Mich., resigned the account earlier this year.

June Blocklin, 40, and Mike Sheehan, 39, to co-presidents, Hill, Holliday, Boston. Ms. Blocklin formerly was exec VP-director of advertising service; Mr. Sheehan, who also adds the title chief creative officer, has been executive creative director, DDB Worldwide, Chicago. Mr. Sheehan will move to Boston in July. Fred Bertino, 42, now president of Square One, was president-chief creative officer at Hill, Holliday.
