Former Fallon execs to open new shop

A group of former Fallon executives will open a new Minneapolis shop, called One, Dec. 15, with the mission of including clients in creative development of new advertising. Mike Lescarbeau will lead the agency as creative director from associate creative director, Fallon, Minneapolis. He left Fallon in August to prepare to open the new agency. The other partners are Mike Fetrow, who will be head of art, from senior art director at Saatchi & Saatchi, San Francisco. He previously worked with Mr. Lescarbeau as an art director at Fallon. Marcus Fischer will be planning director, from account planner at Fallon. Also, Tom Nowak will be director of account services, from management supervisor at Wieden & Kennedy, Portland. He will lead the account management team and oversee the agency's business operations.
