McElligott, Minneapolis, has revamped its Minneapolis management structure, while also making changes to enhance its global reach. Creative Director David Lubars and Planning Director Rob White become co-presidents of the Minneapolis office. The presidency was previously held by Bill Westbrook, who becomes president of international. Mr. Westbrook will be instrumental in recruiting new partners to create a global Fallon presence. Mark Goldstein takes the new post of chief marketing officer, and will focus on acquiring new business for the agency network. Eric Block, Fallon director of account service, moves to the Minneapolis general manager post, which also is new.
