FALLON MAY SLASH MORE JOBS FOLLOWING CUT FROM AT&T REVIEW

Published on .

(June 25, 2001) -- After being cut from the AT&T Corp. wireless review, Publicis Groupe's Fallon, Minneapolis, is considering potential cutbacks in its staffing. Although nothing concrete has been determined, a spokeswoman said the company is "now assessing the situation. Up until two days ago we thought we'd be hiring." Fallon did cut some "back-end" positions in its interactive group within the last two weeks, she confirmed. "It was more than five but less than 10." Fallon made a similar cut at its New York office in May.
