Fallon wins OmniSky account

OmniSky Corp., Palo Alto, Calif., provider of wireless Internet services and devices has awarded its estimated $40 million to $50 million ad account to Publicis Groupe's Fallon, Minneapolis. Fallon beat incumbent Omnicom Group's TBWA/Chiat/Day, San Francisco, as well as The Interpublic Group's Lowe Lintas & Partners, also San Francisco, WPP Group's Ogilvy & Mather, Culver City and San Francisco, and Bcom3's Leo Burnett, Chicago.
