Family-oriented TV shows honored

The Family Friendly Programming Forum, a group of 43 major advertisers, honored family-oriented TV programming for the second year. The second annual Family Television Awards, held Aug. 3 in Los Angeles, will be broadcast Aug. 10 on CBS. Honorees included CBS' "Everyone Loves Raymond," NBC's "The West Wing," ABC's "Oprah Winfrey Presents: Tuesdays with Morrie," "A&E Biography," CNBC's "National Geographic Explorer," ABC's "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,'' ABC's "The Wonderful World of Disney," and actors Michael J. Fox and Della Reese.
