The merged agency will be named Ad Fabrika/FCB and will be lead by Piotr Dominiewski, managing director of FCB, Warsaw, along with Robert Sieradzki and Andrzej Maruszeczko, Ad Fabrika's current owners and co-creative directors.
Separately, True North has previously agreed to acquire a 35% stake in Germany's Springer & Jacoby, the German market agency for Mercedes. TN is expected to help finance an expansion of Springer & Jacoby into a network capable of handling the Mercedes account across the continent.
Founded five years ago, Ad Fabrika has annual billings of $10 million. Clients in addition toMercedes-Benz include Seagram and Lavazza.
