Rob Feakins, the former co-creative director at Ammirati Puris Lintas, is joining Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, New York, as co-executive creative director and managing partner. He fills the position left open by the departure two weeks ago of Bill Oberlander, who is now executive creative director of Kirshenbaum Bond's Creative Ventures. Also filling the position of co-executive creative director and managing partner of the New York agency is Logan Wilmont, previously creative partner at Kirshenbaum Bond. Additionally, Stuart D'Rozario, VP and creative director, becomes creative partner.

Mr. Feakins had taken a job as creative director at Lowe Lintas & Partners, New York, following the merger of APL and Lowe & Partners last year. His tenure there ended early this year when he quietly bowed out and took a long sabbatical from the business while being courted by many New York shops. Mr. Feakins began his career as a journalist in New Jersey and moved into advertising in 1980 with Bates Advertising, New York.
