Footwear retailer Just for Feet, Birmingham, Ala., selected Saatchi & Saatchi, Rochester, N.Y., for its new $25 million to $30 million national branding campaign premiering with a spot during the 1999 Super Bowl. Just for Feet will continue its $70 million regional advertising for its nearly 300 stores through Rogers Advertising, Birmingham.
