NEW YORK-Philip Growick has been named president of Jerry Fields Associates, succeeding Mr. Fields, who founded the executive search business 46 years ago.

Mr. Growick, now in charge of day-to-day management, had been exec VP-director of creative services. Mr. Fields, who becomes chairman emeritus, will serve as a consultant.

Sharon Spielman, a senior VP who handles searches for non-creative personnel, has been named exec VP-director of account management services, a new post.

The Fields organization has been part of the Howard-Sloan-Koller Group of Cos. since 1990.
