Fierro heads Chicago magazine

Doug Fierro, 39, has been named publisher of Chicago magazine. He replaces Heidi Schultz, who resigned. Mr. Fierro's 15 years in publishing have included stints as VP of American Express Publishing, publisher of Food & Wine, and advertising director of Esquire. K-III Communications acquired Chicago magazine earlier this year from Landmark Communications.
