Fila consolidates $80 mil budget at Omnicom shops

Italian sports shoe and apparel marketer Fila Holding has consolidated its $70 million to $80 million global advertising budget at Omnicom Group agencies BDDP@ TBWA, Paris, a member of the TBWA Worldwide network, and Merkley Newman Harty, New York, as expected. Incumbent Leo Burnett Co., Chicago, and Havas-owned Hemisphere Droit, Paris, also competed. Previously, the business was spread among several local shops. The company aims to unveil a new U.S. campaign in January.
