Web home finance company has selected J. Walter Thompson Technology Communications Group, San Jose, Calif., to handle its $18 million nationwide marketing and branding campaign. The work, scheduled to break in mid-November, will include both online and offline ads. As part of the branding effort, Walnut Creek, Calif.-based plans to consolidate its Interloan and iQualify brands under the name and present a newly designed Web site.
